13 MIRACLE MORNING HABITS THAT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE



Morning vibes are something that I am crazy about. No matter how busy or dull the day is, a cup of tea and a silent place to sit is something that I really love. The morning sunshine can create magic in our entire thought system. I was not a morning person at all. I always have looked into people who wake up early in the morning thinking how it was possible. Usually, I get up late, and my days actually end with a lot of work that I keep on postponing. When my journey as a mother began, this habit of postponing things started becoming a headache for me. I still don't believe that getting up very early is advisable if you are not comfortable with that. However, getting up at 6 am daily gave a stable routine and organized life to me.

1. Getting up early with low spirits, in turn, results in a nagging day. I can suggest you get up at a reasonable time when the sun is up. Try to keep your wake-up time consistent. This allows the biological clock in your body to set a time. Initially, you will have to depend on an alarm clock. Later you will wake up fresh on your own.

2.The first scene that you see in the morning influences your day. The morning sunshine, breeze, and nature are the best things to feed your eyes. The color green has healing power and is considered the most restful and relaxing color for human eyes. Hence looking into nature for some time can cool your eyes and mind. 




3.Drink a glass of water. This can ignite the digestive system, increase your metabolism. Drinking warm water is a healthy habit. Anyway, if you are not into it, at least have some water at room temperature.

4.Making your bed in the morning and opening the windows gives an organized and fresh feel. This simple first step of tidying up motivates you to follow it throughout the day. Making your bed creates a feeling that the first task is cracked. 




5.The very next thing that you must include in your life is prayer. A 15 min prayer can make your mind calm and help you to become a peaceful soul. Never fail to thank the universe for all the things that you have. Life is unpredictable. Every day is an opportunity. You should definitely thankful for that. 

6.The daily habit of writing down what you want to do can help you to finish things that you fail to remember. Even if you are a person who can remember everything, writing down your schedule and marking when the work is over gives you a worthy feel. 

7.Prepare a healthy breakfast. Breakfast is said to be the food for the brain. Breakfast should be easy to make as well as healthy. By eating a good breakfast you are fueling the body as well as the mind. I often feel more energetic when I have my favorite breakfast. Never ever skip your breakfast.

8..Women would never get something called free time. Most of us are caught in the so-called web that our society has assigned to us. Just blow off the thought of getting free time from your head. Assign short schedules for self-care that you should never fail to follow. Self-care encourages you to maintain a healthy relationship with yourself which can be transmitted to others too.

9.Get dressed in the morning itself. Wearing shabby clothes can affect your confidence. Dressing up well can make you feel good. This in turn can create a fruitful day. Even if you are not going out, dress up and wearing a little makeup.




10.Spend time with nature. Creating a small garden or planting your home with indoor plants, taking a short walk outside, etc helps to avoid burnout. Studies say that if you live in a place surrounded by greenery you are less likely to get depressed. Exposure to sunlight boosts your immunity.

11.Continuous working can definitely screw you up. Women usually work for the family well being. Most of the women have a daily routine that includes activities of the entire family. Don't forget to chase your passion. Doing things that you love can make you proud and happy.

12.Never waste your time browsing social media. It can destroy morning bliss. Social media content kills your time as well as your mood. Often it is found that we search for something but keep on viewing unnecessary content. Watching motivational videos in the morning is good. However, you should have control over yourself.



13.Mental health is also of much importance. You can't just declare yourself healthy by eating a balanced diet. Meditation and exercise are also of equal importance. Meditate for some time. Get in touch with your feelings. In today's scenario, people are too busy that they fail to communicate, both with themselves and others. This in turn can make them land on depression. So be careful with your mental health.
